The winner is responsible for any:
- Repairs or restoration
- MOT testing
- Road tax
- Insurance
- Certification
- Costs required to make the vehicle road legal (if attempted)

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open only to UK residents aged 18+.
2.2 Proof of identity, age, and UK residency may be required before issuing the Prize.
2.3 Employees, contractors, partners, and agents of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
2.4 Entrants must have full legal capacity to enter and accept the Prize.
2.5 Multiple entries per person are permitted, subject to the per-person limit stated on the product page (maximum 1,000).
2.6 The Competition is restricted to UK residents for legal compliance.
3. Nature of the Competition (Legal Compliance)
3.1 This Competition is a Prize Competition under Section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005.
3.2 A genuine Skill Question is required. It:
Requires genuine skill, knowledge, or judgment
Is designed so that a significant proportion of people will answer incorrectly
3.3 Only correct answers qualify for the Prize Draw.
3.4 Incorrect answers are ineligible and will not be entered.
3.5 Without the Skill Question, the Competition would constitute an unlawful lottery.
3.6 Payment alone does not grant entry.
4. How to Enter
4.1 All entries must be made through the Promoter’s official online entry platform.
4.2 Entrants must:
Purchase a Competition Entry (“Ticket”) for £1 per entry; and
Provide an answer to the Skill Question at checkout.
4.3 The Promoter validates all answers.
4.4 Entry is complete only when payment has cleared and the Skill Question is answered correctly.
4.5 Incorrect answers are rejected.
4.6 Late entries will not be counted.
4.7 Because this is a skill competition, no free entry route is provided.
5. The Skill Question
5.1 All Entrants must answer the Skill Question at the point of entry.
5.2 The Question is designed so that a significant proportion of participants cannot answer correctly without skill or specialist knowledge.
5.3 Only correct answers qualify.
5.4 The Promoter’s determination of correctness is final.
5.5 The Skill Question ensures the Competition is not a lottery.
5.6 The Skill Question relates specifically to Childish® Motorsport content and requires prior knowledge of this content to answer correctly.
6. Competition Limits
6.1 Total entries available: 30,000.
6.2 Maximum entries per person: 1,000.
6.3 The Competition may close early once all tickets are sold.
7. Prize Description
7.1 Prize
The Prize is one (1) custom-wrapped Childish® Motorsport Renault Clio Racecar (“Prize Car”).
7.2 Wrap
Wrap design cannot be changed.
7.3 Condition, Roadworthiness & Use Restrictions
The Prize Car is supplied strictly “as seen” in all promotional content and is offered exclusively as a collectible/showpiece item.
The vehicle:
Is not roadworthy
Should not be driven on public roads
Requires significant repair work
May be structurally unsafe
Must be transported on a trailer or recovery vehicle
Must be stored indoors to prevent further deterioration
7.4 Known Defects
The Prize Car is known to have:
Water ingress into the interior
Mechanical issues
Structural concerns
Additional faults that may render it unsafe to drive
The vehicle may be incomplete, unreliable, or unsafe.
7.5 MOT, Tax & Roadworthiness Clarification
Although the vehicle may currently show an active MOT or tax record, this does not imply roadworthiness.
The vehicle is unsafe to drive and must be transported via recovery truck.
7.6 No Warranty or Guarantee
The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to:
Mechanical condition
Safety
Roadworthiness
Structural integrity
Fitness for purpose
Completeness
Whether it can pass an MOT
Whether it can be restored without substantial investment
The Winner accepts the vehicle entirely “as is.”
7.7 Winner Responsibilities
The Winner is solely responsible for:
All repairs, restoration, and recommissioning
MOT testing
Certifications
Road tax and insurance
Any costs associated with making the vehicle roadworthy (if attempted)
7.8 Documentation
Documentation required for ownership transfer will be provided.
No additional paperwork is guaranteed.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 Only correct and validated entries enter the draw.
8.2 The winner is chosen using a verifiable, auditable randomised selection method.
8.3 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
8.4 The winner will be notified via email or phone.
8.5 If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.
9. Prize Delivery
9.1 The Prize Car will be delivered to the Winner’s chosen UK address on a recovery truck.
9.2 A mutually convenient delivery date will be agreed with the Promoter.
9.3 Valid ID must be shown at delivery.
9.4 Third-party receipt requires prior written authorisation.
10. Ownership & Winner Responsibilities
10.1 Ownership transfers upon DVLA registration.
10.2 After transfer, the Winner is solely responsible for:
Road tax
Insurance
MOT (if applicable)
Repairs, maintenance, and roadworthiness
All liabilities, penalties, or fines
10.3 The Promoter bears no liability after delivery and sign-off.
11. Publicity
11.1 The Winner agrees to reasonable publicity (e.g., photos/videos).
11.2 The Promoter may publish the Winner’s first name and town/city.
11.3 Publicity consent may be withdrawn after the initial handover.
12. Refunds & Cancellation
12.1 All entries are non-refundable unless required by law.
12.2 Incorrect answers are non-refundable except where legally required.
12.3 If the Competition is cancelled before the Prize Draw, all entrants will receive a refund.
12.4 Refunds will not be issued for disqualified entries.
13. Disqualification
Entrants may be disqualified for:
Fraud or attempted manipulation
Providing false information
Breaching these Terms
Interfering with the Competition
No refunds are issued for disqualified entries.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 The Promoter is not liable for:
Loss, injury, or damage relating to entry or use of the Prize
Mechanical issues after delivery
