This website is operated by Acifin Limited on behalf of Childish Limited.

Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Acifin Limited.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and any additional terms and policies made available to you.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using the Site you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are the age of majority in your country of residence.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

  • You will not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

3. Products & Services

  • Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

  • Products shown as pre-order may be dispatched after the given release date.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display of colour will be exact.

  • We may limit sales to specific regions, customers, or quantities.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Orders may be refused, limited, or cancelled if we suspect fraud, misuse, or bulk/reseller activity.

5. Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes

  • Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping destination.

  • For orders made within The UK, USA, EU and Canada, customs duties and import taxes will not be charged at delivery. Taxes are captured at checkout to guarantee no bill on arrival.

  • For orders made to Australia, at the time of writing, all orders under $800 AUD will arrive with no import duties or taxes. If your order exceeds $800 AUD, you will receive an import tax bill on arrival. This is your responsibility.

  • For orders made to anywhere else in the world, we can make no guarantees on whether or not you will receive an import tax or duty bill. This is your responsibility.
  • We cannot issue refunds if you refuse to pay import taxes or duties and the parcel is returned.

  • Delivery Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and choosing a preferred delivery option (such as a nominated neighbour or safe place) if they will not be available to receive the parcel.

    If a customer selects a safe place or neighbour, delivery to that nominated location/person counts as successful delivery and risk transfers at that point.

    Where no delivery preference is selected, our couriers may deliver to an appropriate safe place at their discretion. In such cases, we will provide GPS coordinates and photographic evidence of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure;

  • All activities that occur under your account;

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logos, images, product descriptions, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
